Escape to a safe area through the exits, according to the directions by the staff.

Exit outside by following the hallway or emergency lights as calmly as possible.

Wait calmly until the train stops.
Train not in operation
Get off the train quickly and orderly.

When passing through smoke, cover your mouth and nose with a towel or handkerchief and lower yourself to the ground.
Remain Calm. Do not get terrified.

Open the door by pressing the lower part of the button.
Unbelt the fire extinguisher by pulling the belt and take it out.
Hold the lower part of the fire extinguisher’s handle with the left hand and pull the pin.
Aim the nozzle at the base of the fire and press the handle.

Location: the right side of the upper part of the door

Break the cover of the emergency handle on the entrance/exit door
Hold the emergency handle(switch) and turn it clockwise to “Emergency”.
Slide the door open with both hands.
Emergency interphone for the passenger
Location: left side on the connecting door in the front and rear end of the car
Instructions
Break the cover of the emergency intercom.
Take out the intercom by pushing it upward.
Press the key and report the emergency situation.※ Keep pressing the key or you will not hear the operator’s response.
If the operator does not respond, wait for a while and try again as the emergency intercom automatically connects you to the control room that automatically controls the train.
In case of emergency landing in a place without a platform
Use the emergency ladder in the operating room as the operator directs.
In case of any emergency situation when it is difficult to follow the operator’s directions, slide the door open using the emergency switch on the entrance/exit door and exit the train by landing on the railway. Do not go down the railway in the opposite direction.
